Everybody loves a bit of Gotye’s ‘Somebody I Used to Know’ but here’s an alternative that George Lucas might not want to pay attention to. This great spoof uses a blend of both films and music video and speaks for a good ol’ section of the adult population that remember the first time a Star Destroyer appeared chasing a Frontier Runner in 1977.
Harry Partridge is probably best known for his Saturday Morning Watchmen spoof but he’s been happily producing cartoon parodies for years now. His latest video tells the story of a pair of loveable space bears, who fly around in a ship shaped like a T-Rex with massive breasts and kill people with swords.
It’s completely NSFW and absolutely essential viewing for anyone who has ever read a Conan book.
(We’re down at Demoncon in Maidstone today. If you fancy a day out in Kent, come say hi!)
Youtuber and animator Ragenineteen, is leading the charge with Skyrim spoofs so I thought it’d be fun to share a couple of them on the site. Granted, if you don’t play Skyrim these gags will be largely lost on you but given the insane number of copies that the game has sold, there’s a pretty good chance that the majority of you will at least titter at these.
There are a couple of naughty words in the second one, so you’ve been warned. (Damn whiny guards!)
